Peptide reconstitution calculator
Work out concentration and measured volume for a lyophilized research peptide, then see exactly where it lands on your syringe.
1Peptide in the vial
mg (or type your own)
2Bacteriostatic water you add
mL (or type your own)
3Amount per measurement
4Your syringe
Result
Concentration–mg per mL
Volume to draw–mL
Syringe marking–units
This calculator only does arithmetic. Products sold by Lodge are for laboratory research use only, not for human or animal consumption. Always double-check your numbers.
How the math works
- Concentration = mg in the vial ÷ mL of water added.
- Volume to draw = amount wanted ÷ concentration.
- Syringe units = mL × 100 on a standard 1 mL insulin syringe (a 0.3 mL syringe holds 30 units, a 0.5 mL syringe holds 50).
